A values-led and inclusive leader, Helen is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations realise their full potential. Helen has experience in transforming mindsets and workplaces to deliver real change, both through her own experience building and leading teams, and in delivering leadership development initiatives and coaching to a range of clients.
Over the course of 17 years working in secure government, building and leading teams in complex technical environments, Helen saw first-hand the need to properly equip leaders and teams to respond to the very real challenges of today's working world. As her passion for this human-centred work grew, she cultivated a wider remit leading pieces of work centred on leadership, culture and growth of high performing teams and large-scale organisational transformation, delivering real change for both business and people.
Looking for a new challenge, with a desire to help more people unlock the potential of their leaders and teams, and embrace the benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces, Helen set up Inclusive Leaders to share her knowledge and passion. She is driven by the belief that people are the most important asset for any organisation.
Helen is a certified executive and leadership coach, having studied with The Henley Business School.
